Growing up, I would always request having Vietnamese spring rolls for my special birthday dinners. In my family, we would prepare an array of veggies, proteins, and other garnishes to each create our own delicious combination of rolls. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to start a make-your-own spring roll restaurant. It has not happened yet, but I thought designing its branding identity was a start!
Vietnamese spring rolls are special because of its freshness and variety of flavors. I wanted to create a brand that showcases the fun in eating these healthy, whole ingredients.
